Shipping Information:
The United States Postal Service is our Standard Shipping method.
We make every effort to ship your order the next business day after the order is placed. We are located in Scottsdale, AZ, so the time it takes for a package to arrive at it's destination depends on how far away you are from us - a rough estimate is a 2 to 10 days - sooner if you are located close to Arizona. The costs for this will vary from $2.75 for a small package to $20.00 for a hat box.
Priority Mail can take 3 to 5 days to arrive but is not guaranteed to arrive on time.
Fed-Ex
When you ship via FedEx. please enter your zip code in the box provided so that you can see all the FedEx options before you check out. Everything is shown on the web except the price for Saturday delivery - depending on location this can be $10 to $15 more than what is shown for overnite delivery.
Please note that a street address is required when using FedEx.
It is also the most ecomonic way for most large packages. Fed Ex Ground delivery times are base on distance. West Coast residents will get their package faster than East Coast residents - see diagram below for estimated delivery times.

International Shipments
Yes we do ship internationally to most countries. We offer 2 services for international shipments.
USPS First Class International Mail which can be used for any packages under 4 lbs. This services takes up to 30 days to arrive. There is NO tracking for this service, only delivery confirmation.
Fedex International Priority is also avialable for speedy delivery. Typical delivery times range from 1-5 days. There is full tracking available for this service.
How to Get a Quote on International Shipping
Enter your items into the shopping cart. Enter your full address into the cart. Make sure to change the country to your country! Go back to the cart and click on shipping options to see prices. Prices are based on the weights of the products and the ship to location.
Special Notes about International Shipments
Many countries charge duties on international shipments. The customer is responsible for paying all the duties to recieve the shipment. If your package has been delayed, check with your local post office. Many times, the post office will hold a package if the duties are not paid. Abandoned shipments will not be refunded.
If you feel your package has been lost, notify us and we will send a new one after 30 days have passed from the original ship date.
